>  Treatment templates -  were there is a necessity to prepare frequent complex treatment specifications the process can be simplified by creating editable templates.

>  Repeat treatments  - where a patient requires a repeat of a previous treatment, the system can automatically create the new order with little effort. 

>  Specifications - where certain treatments require specification (i.e. sizes, options, left/right etc) these can be automated within the catalogue.

>  Costs and prices - against each catalogue item suppliers, costs, prices, discounts and taxes can be defined.

The treatment order process is streamlined since all key data held in the system (patient, supplier, treatment, specification, budget holder and costs) is automatically drawn together when making the order.
