Strategic Budgeting – Executive Overview

This workshop will teach an entire approach to
Strategic Budgeting and cost optimisation, explaining how to:

>  Sell a Strategic Budgeting initiative and process to your executives
>  Make sure the processes and its results are aligned to strategic objectives
>  Launch the programme to management and unions
>  Govern, manage and resource the process
>  Establish the roles, knowledge and training of participants
>  Perform an initial assessment of function and process performance and opportunities
>  Assess processes, activities, functions management and supplier performance
>  Institute service level planning and budgeting
>  Prioritise service level budgets
>  Implement and monitor transformation activities.

Case study examples will include RTE, Royal Mail and ACCO.
