You have now launched the first stage of a Strategic Budgeting exercise and management are now tasked with the responsibility to analyse and justify the performance of their processes, activities, functions, projects and suppliers.  To maximise benefits requires them to firstly understand the process and what is expected of them and then to positively accept you and others challenging the resources which the consume and suggesting additional improvement opportunities.

This workshop will teach you how to support management to get the most
benefits from the analysis phase of a Strategic Budgeting, explaining how to:
